Robby Andrews

Robby Andrews, grew up in Manalapan, New Jersey where he ran cross country and track and field. He then went on to run for the University of Virginia where he studied Kinesiology and education. While running for UVA he won 2 NCAA Championships in the 800m, and was the recipient of the 2010 ACC Sportsmanship Award. After competing in the NCAA he ran professionally for 10 years which included 2 World Championship teams, a 2016 Olympic team, and was the 2017 US National Champion over 1500m. During his professional career he was the Volunteer Assistant Distance Coach at Princeton University for 7 years. After marrying Josette Norris in December of 2022, they moved to Boulder, CO in early 2023 for Josette to train with the On Athletics Club.

I am here to help athletes by listening to their wants and needs, and working with them to accomplish their goals.  Success rarely happens by accident, so I am here to support you the best I can and leave nothing up to chance. 

My experience as a competitive athlete has afforded me many lessons in determination, perseverance, and patience. I apply these life lessons to my coaching and they allow me to be highly invested in you and your goals.


Jackson Grosskopf

Strength Coach

Jackson received his B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength & Conditioning (CSCS) at TCU.  During his undergrad, he was involved in competitive swimming and triathlons, followed by an internship with the Strength & Conditioning staff at TCU. Jackson has since spearheaded entire strength and conditioning programs operating at a high level before relocating to Boulder.

Jackson has a wide variety of training experiences. This includes developing programs for intermediate to elite athletes, post-surgery rehabilitation training, and general population personal training. In training, Jackson fully understands athletes goals and aims to develop athletes through specialized programs designed for high-performance, longevity, and psychological well being.

Asha Anand

Strength Coach

Asha Anand received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 2015 and then went on to pursue additional training, becoming a Sports Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists in 2018. That same year she became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has worked with a wide range of athletes since then, from youth recreational athletes to Olympic athletes.

Throughout her career, Asha has embraced that she is a life-long learner and through her own experiences, understands the importance of approaching health-care from a holistic mind, body and spirit approach. She is currently pursuing a 300-hour yoga teacher training that she hopes will fuse an eastern philosophy of energetic healing with her education in Western physical rehabilitation.

Asha aims to help you achieve your goals through a tailored, individualized approach that emphasizes performance as well as injury prevention. She believes that everyone has a unique story and purpose in life, and she looks forward to helping you on your journey.

Skylar Rubalcaba

Strength Coach

For over 9 years Skylar has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach training elite athletes. He has worked with athletes across all sports and from various backgrounds that include collegiate National Champions and professional athletes from basketball and soccer. A former collegiate triathlete and cyclist, Skylar competed in 4 National Championships and qualified for 1 World Championship. He specializes in building an all-around strong athlete that can train and compete to their full potential while also minimizing the amount of time they have to take off due to injury.

Skylar has a Masters degree in Human Performance and is certified through the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and USA Weightlifting as a Level 2 Advanced Sports Performance Coach in addition to several other strength and conditioning certifications. He is currently also the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Colorado Boulder!

Christopher Lee

Chris Lee is the athletic performance director and strength coach for Adidas Pro team: Tinman Elite. He was the former head of Strength & Conditioning for AxGen Sports Genetics. Chris is published in multiple publications such as Runner’s World, Bicycling Magazine, Triathlete Magazine and more. He has also served as a consultant for Whoop, Supersapiens, Adidas and other companies.

A former professional triathlete and collegiate swimmer, Chris Lee has helped world class athletes, Olympians and pro teams like Tinman Elite reach new heights. Chris has combined his extensive knowledge bases into a synergistic equation we call the ECOSYSTM. The approach applies of all aspects of our endurance training, factoring in key performance variables.
