YOUR ROADMAP TO SUCCESS

STEP 1

MUSCLE WEAKNESS
ASSESSMENT

The most comprehensive assessment I have ever had” - Adam Merry: Pro Runner.

We spend 90+ minutes testing your movement quality + strength to identify key areas that need to be addressed. We use a global - local - global approach. This means we assess large movement patterns first, then zoom in to joint by joint testing and zooming back out to evaluate sport specific movements.

We leave no stone unturned and create a clear map of your body and your current athletic status. This is the foundation we use to create a program based specfically on your body and needs of your sport. Essentially bridging the gap of where you are, to where you want to be.

Included:

  • Slow motion movement analysis

  • State of the art Force Plate technology.

  • Sport movement analysis (if applicable)

  • Global + local movement and muscle testing.

  • Complete write up and reccomended exercise list.
